It appears your ad is the same as REIKI HEALING STORE...and I placed an order with them (actually 2 orders as they told me the first one hadn't processed)...they have their payment and after FOUR weeks, I do not have either order.....Really think their products (and apparently yours too) are beautiful....any help??

Highly disappointed. Received this today. Wrong ring. Wrong size. I ordered a size 12. Received a size 11. Received a teal colored ring. Ordered the cats eye ring. The ring I received was made of the cheapest materials possible. The ring in the photo was made from a much better material.

I also was cheated the ring I received is not the ring I ordered it dose not look anything like the cat eye ring I ordered an I needed a size 11 an got a size 7 I would really like the ring I ordered I don't like ordering off line just because of things like this happening you never get what you ordered an sometimes never get it at all if I could just once get what I have ordered I would greatly appreciate it don't try to sell everything except the thing you are posting its bad karma an bad business

I ordered 4 blue "cat eye" crystal balls. 1.00 each. The shipping was 30.00 so I figured It would be a nice sized product. Well, NOPE! It fits in the palm of my hand. Completely misleading! I even commented on their Facebook page about them being misleading and they blocked me.

I made a multiple purchased on this store and this store give me huge discounts and gorgeous items. I never thought that I gonna received my orders withing few days only. bought a different colors of healing balls and crystal balls and made a lot of purchase of their necklaces and earrings. I love the reiki necklaces partnered with reiki earrings very stunning and elegant. Same complaint as the others. Paid through Paypal on Dec 2. Sent email to company and was told to track the package, along with a tracking number. The tracking number was not a legit number. Waited for a month and filed a complaint thru paypal, today was told i would get my refund of $80.00. We will see.....this company is obviously a scam! Don't waste your time or money!!!! Hope they get shut down.....scammers!

I had made a complaint about this yesterday on another post. I just received my first order a few minutes ago but last night I finally found the screen shot of my receipt and I forgot that it said that it could take 3-5 weeks to receive orders.

The package says that it was shipped from Changi Airfreight Centre in Singapore.

I understand now, and now I know to pay with PayPal!

Hello here! I bought on this store few weeks ago and I never thought that it was really cheap here and you can get more saving on this store. I really love to purchase more but unfortunately I have no enough funds on my bank account maybe on pay day I will buy more items on this store because they shipped my my Crystal balls so fast and they're customer service is really awesome and not only that the payment is really secured no hassle and no worries. I will recommend this to my family and to my friends too. I really enjoy buying more stuff on this store.

Ordered two cross necklaces that were free only had to pay shipping which was almost $20.They were Red Heart Cross neckaces. I didn't receive the necklaces. They were sopposed to be Christmas Presents.My shipping and handling money was kept but I didn't receive my necklaces.This isn'tvery good business. I wanted them for Christmas. You could have refunded my shipping and handling money.I would really like to have the neckaces. It is very prettyMy sister and I go to church together and I wanted them to wear to church together.

I ordered and payed on Dec 2nd. I have not received order either.

The response from the company was to track package with a tracking number.....the tracking number was non existent!

Don't buy from this company.....PayPal just notified me,after filing a complaint, that my money would be refunded. Disgusted to say the least, as I have waited a month for this package.

I can not even BELIEVE the shipping charges. I would love to have gotten a couple of things for my daughters and granddaughters but the price on shipping is bull ***! I do think I should have my own choice on shipping! No one will get back with you. ***, after they have sucked you in, taken your money, (if you did it), they don't, and wont, get back with you. If they read this, PLEASE, PLEASE get back with me!!! I have so much to talk with you about (she says with a look of disgusted look on her face). No really, (she now says with a laugh.....knowing they will not get back with her). Well, I have said what is really on my mind, (not even close!!!)!! I would love others to write and say why they would not get their products or why they did.......(a moment ....maybe drunk? high?) Wow!! I will get back with you! I just checked.....an anklet is " free " but the shipping is $49.95 and it is gold color!! WTF?? OK.......deep cleansing breath ......I hope I can find a site that does not *** over!!! I paid 9.95 for shipping on an item that was advertised as free. I never received the item and they did not reply to my email, now 10 weeks later. I had my credit card issue a credit but this is insane. They just banked off of a bunch of people hoping to get a good deal. Bastards need their knees broken and their accounts drained and forced to starve for a few days while they pay everyone they ever screwed over back their money and then some. People like this need to be locked up and all technology taken away. I will never understand people like this. What can be done about this company and it's scams?

I ordered a cats eye ring on February 9th and have not received it. I also have ordered a necklace on February 13th and had not received that as well but on both orders have charged my bank account. Yesterday, I received a package that said necklace on the tag outside on it, but it was a ring, not the cats eye and it definitely was not the size I had ordered as well.
